Why does one of my certifications have a big red "Required" in the list?
Some Certifications provide you with a unique testing or certification ID, and some certifications
are only valid for a limited period of time without renewal. In either case, we need the certification
ID and expiration, if applicable, in order to know which certifications are current and valid.

What if I don't have my certification ID or expiration date right now?
If you don't have your certification ID or expiration date at this time then you should close your
browser window and return after you have obtained this information. The URL you received will stay good
until you click the "Finish" button on the Update Credentials page or until you receive a new email with
a new URL.

What if I can't find my Certification ID or Expiration date at all?
We recommend that you go to the vendor website and register for an account to monitor your certification
status with the vendor--most vendors provide this service. If you have an account with the vendor then most
likely you can get this information from the website. Otherwise you may need to contact the vendor by
telephone or email. If you simply cannot obtain your certification ID or expiration date and have no other
proof of your certification status you will not be able to list the certification on your credentials page.
