Exelis Connect FAQ

Have a question? Ask Us

Access Denied

  • Why do I keep getting the access denied page?

In order to use TConnect you must have an email providing a unique URL address for each process. This URL is unique to you and can be used only 1 time. If the URL was sent to someone else, was already used, or if you recieve a new email with a new URL the old URL will be invalid. You can go to the selfservice page to request a new email.

  • What does the URL look like?

The URL will look something like this https://exelisomdac.com/connect/?RL=6F1F2FFD-7480-48CC-89A8-81E902150486 but the unique ID at the end will be different. The Unique ID will always be a 36 character ID after the equals sign. If your URL is shorter then it may have been cut off.

Change Email

  • Who can change their email address with TConnect?

Only ITT Project employees can change their email with TConnect. The validation process requires employee information that is unavailable for subcontractors and project managers.

  • Why will it not accept my email address?

For security reasons we only permit work email addresses which end with .Mil, ITT.COM, ITTMEO.COM, TAC-SWACAA.NET, EXELISOMDAC.COM and which contain the employee's lastname.

  • What if I can't change my email address using this tool?

If you cannot use this tool to change your email address, then please contact your supervisor or your local ICAMS administrator. They can change your email address through the ICAMS application.

Update Credentials

  • Why does one of my certifications have a big red "Required" in the list?

Some Certifications provide you with a unique testing or certification ID, and some certifications are only valid for a limited period of time without renewal. In either case, we need the certification ID and expiration, if applicable, in order to know which certifications are current and valid.

  • What if I don't have my certification ID or expiration date right now?

If you don't have your certification ID or expiration date at this time then you should close your browser window and return after you have obtained this information. The URL you received will stay good until you click the "Finish" button on the Update Credentials page or until you receive a new email with a new URL.

  • What if I can't find my Certification ID or Expiration date at all?

We recommend that you go to the vendor website and register for an account to monitor your certification status with the vendor--most vendors provide this service. If you have an account with the vendor then most likely you can get this information from the website. Otherwise you may need to contact the vendor by telephone or email. If you simply cannot obtain your certification ID or expiration date and have no other proof of your certification status you will not be able to list the certification on your credentials page.
